Q: How do I customize my SnarlsBox?

A: Please include the following information at checkout in the notes box:

o Skin type/concerns: dry, oily, combo, redness, acne prone, aging.).

o Skin Tone: (Cool, warm, neutral as well as undertones if you know them). We can help you figure it out if need be.

o Any allergies.

o Are you a beginner, novice or pro?

o Shade preference for eyeshadow plus preferred finishes such as glitter, matte, metallic, or shimmers.

o Shade preference for blush (pink, mauve, coral, peach, and finish as a powder or cream).

o Favorite Color and Colors to avoid.

o Brands you love, brands you want to try and brands to avoid.

o If you have a large collection pls send us pics or a video of your collection to your order confirmation.

o Please keep in mind your budget when making requests. Items that cost around $50 each or foundation generally go into $150 box and up.

o Tell us your style so that we can get a feeling for what you may like.

o Tell us your tik tok or instagram name.
o If you have no clue what to ask for just leave it blank, ask for help or do your best.

Very important: please do not ask for seasonal or holiday items in your double value custom box. You must purchase a holiday box such as a spooky box, halloween box, or other holiday box to get seasonal items. Thank you!


Q: Do you send tracking updates?

A: Yes, tracking updates are sent by email when your shipping label is created. You will receive updates when your box is dropped off at the carrier, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered. Sometimes the estimated delivery date is also provided.


Q: How do I know when my box is done being built?

A: You will receive an email that your order is completed, or that your order has shipped. You can check details about your order from My Account page.


Q: What is your processing time?

A: Our typical processing time is between 5-12 business days depending on volume. For urgent orders, Rush My Box Processing is available for purchase in every category and the cost is based on the order size. Orders are completed in the order they are received. If you haven’t received your order in 30 calendar days, that would be very unusual, at that point please email us and we will help. If your box is a giveaway, it can take up to 60 days to receive.


Q: How fast is Rush Processing?

A: Rush Processing pushes your order to the front of the line. These orders can be completed in 1-2 business days and shipped with standard shipping options.


Q: What shipping services do you use?

A: We use US Postal Service and UPS standard shipping options for domestic packages. For international, we use First Class International mail.


Q: How many items do I get in my custom double value box?

A: We do not have a set number of items per box. The boxes are fully customized to you. The number of items is based on the total MSRP of all the items chosen for you.


Q: What does double value mean?

A: The purchase price of the box will typically be 50% of the value of the products you receive. If you purchase a $100 double value box, you will receive at least $200 in value. (Exceptions apply for collectible, sold out, or irreplaceable items).


Q: What size custom boxes do you have?

A: The custom boxes range from $75 to $250 sizes. There are also budget mystery boxes at $25 and $50, but they are not guaranteed to be double value and/or custom.


Q: Why do you use First Class International shipping? Why can’t I get express or other services?

A: You can ask for expedited services via email after purchase to negotiate the actual cost of these services. We use First Class International because we can prepay customs and duties fees, potentially saving the customer a lot of money on delivery. The double value boxes purchased are always double value regardless of weight.


Q: When do you go live on tiktok?

A: We go live evenings eastern standard time on Fridays and Saturdays. Afternoons on Sundays.


Q: Who owns snarlsbox?

A: Snarlsbox is owned and operated by two moms, Mary and Donna who love all things makeup, skin care and gift giving! Expansion is planned for the future, but for now, Snarlsbox has only two full time employees.

You will also see during our TikTok live streams that we have a number of moderators who volunteer to help us for whom we are eternally grateful for.


Q: How can I become a mod?

A: Mods are by invite only but we do have a guest mod spot every month for our extra supportive bunnies. Come to our weekend lives.


Q: How do I get on your PR list?

A: We are very selective about PR due to costs. We will however give any of our bunnies a unique code that they may share to earn free products. For inquiries, please email us at orders@snarlsbox.com.


Q: What forms of payment does Snarlsbox take?

A: At this time, we can accept PayPal, debit and credit cards, Afterpay, and Klarna through our checkout.


Q: I won a giveaway. How do I claim it?

A: Snarlsbox will never ask you for your personal information through tiktok messages or payments for giftaways. Our tiktok messages are turned off and we only have one official business account page on Tik Tok known as “SnarlsBox”. If you have won a giveaway and are 18 or older with a USA address, please email your tiktok name, shipping address, and what item you won to orders@snarlsbox.com within 48 hours of winning. If you are outside the US, email us to claim a Snarlsbox gift card for the value of your win. If another SnarlsBox account messages you and asks for personal info pls block. Snarlsbox reserves the right to cancel wins. If your win was donated, and you fail to claim your win by email within 48 hours, we reserve the right to re-gift your win to someone else until it is claimed properly.


Q: What are your official tiktok accounts?

A: the official accounts are: @snarlsbox, @snarlsfloofington, @snarlsbox_marie, and @theswatchqueen.


Q: I can’t find my confirmation email. What do I do?

A: You can check that your order went through by visiting the My Account page. You can also email us at orders@snarlsbox.com to check if you typed your email correctly in the order.


Q: How do I add notes to my order?

A: Order notes can be given at checkout or through order confirmation email. We do not take order notes any other way, because they become too difficult to find when we complete the order. Pls try to keep notes in your original order confirmation email.


Q: What can I ask for in my custom double value box?

A: Be sure to check out our stock tours on TikTok live every weekend. There you will be able to see what’s available and ask questions about products you see. You can even take notes or screen shots to help you build a list. You can also find our “brainstorming” lists of example Products and Brands in our website menu. Once you have an idea of the products and brands you like, make a wish list. Next, consider what size box you will be getting. The highest value item should not be more than 1/3 of the double box purchase price. Example: I can ask for a $25 item in a $75 double box, but not a $40 item. This ensures we can place enough products in your box to (hopefully) wow you.


Q: What if I want a box size that isn’t listed?

A: Buy the next smallest box size to the one you wish was there and add tips to get to the value box you want. Then, in your order notes, specify that you are increasing the box size based on the tips. Don’t forget to do this! Tips are in every category of our website and carry a range of values.

A: Send us an email and pls give us the chance to make you smile again.
